Urban Impact-XLR8

Urban Impact – XLR8 is a homework/tutoring program. Volunteers will be expected to help the student who is assigned to them with their homework. In some cases they may need to tutor the student in math/literacy because the student may not understand the assigned work. There is also a recreational portion of the program that the mentors will be asked to engage in. Mentors are expected to put in an effort to build relationships with the students. This is a ministry that partners with Black Rock Church.
