Transitional Living Program

The Transitional Living Program is located on the South end of our campus in the Nolan Cottage or the Cottage, as we refer to it. This program serves youth 16-19 years of age. Our youth begin to learn life skills to enable independence, such as securing employment, preparation for running a household, and participating in their own nutritional needs. This is a program of Brantwood Children’s Home.
