Shared Lease Program

What’s a shared lease? It means we’re partners. We lease from priority landlords in the neighborhood and sublet their spaces to community members in need of transitional housing. We’re essentially inviting you to share the lease with us, because we value your contribution to the beloved community. We know everyone’s issues are unique. And we know that they don’t just affect us, but our entire household. That’s why we provide personalized life coaching to help identify the root cause of issues, prevent them in the future, and heal any harm that lingers into the present. A MLK Center Indy ministry.
