Senior Wellness Services

Senior Wellness Services offers health and wellness education and activities, exercise, daily nutrition and socialization for adults who are 55 years of age and older to help them stay engaged, avoid isolation and live independently. Participants of Senior Wellness Services are also connected to other services like behavioral healthcare, emergency financial assistance and more through Catholic Charities of Central Florida and community partners. In addition to the St. Joseph Multi-Ministry Service Center, Senior Wellness Services operates 12 mobile sites throughout Polk County. This is a ministry of the Diocese of Orlando.
