According to a 2022 Barna study, 65 percent of pastors report feelings of loneliness and isolation. The Advantage-A Leadership Collaborative, brings pastors together in authentic communities of peers, where they find encouragement, creative ideas, and shared learnings. We aim to serve the pastors of Gospel-teaching churches throughout Pennsylvania. We want to sharpen, connect, and collaborate to introduce more people to Jesus.
