Future Leaders of the Workforce

F.L.O.W. prepares students ages 14 to 21 for the professional world by introducing them to workplace culture, leadership, and career growth. Our successful spring pilot created a waiting list of 90 eager participants, all excited to build leadership skills and boost their future earning potential. FLOW empowers students with the knowledge and confidence to thrive as future workforce leaders. This is a ministry of Hope Church Memphis.
