We provide mini-grants to residents of Ashland, Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Summit, and Wayne counties who are experiencing temporary hardship brought on by unforeseen circumstances. We offer financial assistance for individuals facing eviction or struggling with rent and utilities, as well as support in the form of bus tickets or grocery gift cards to cover daily necessities. This is a ministry of Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.
