Dream Center

The Dream Center is a non-profit organization to restore the dreams of the marginalized (particularly the homeless) population of Hampton Roads. Services include the Employment Internship Program, which includes a weekly dinner, and character development/job readiness classes for nearly 50 men and women. The Dream Center also provides laundry services, free showers, and a program for rapid re-housing. The centerpiece of the program is providing Samaritans. Dream Center Samaritans are mentors committing to meet with those who we serve at least one hour a week for 3 months to provide emotional support and a listening ear. New Life Christian Fellowship partners with the Dream Center.
