Diversity & Anti-Racism

We believe God wants to institutionalize a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and anti-racism within the congregations and institutions of the United Methodist Churches of Indiana. We call this the God I.D.E.A. These values guide our work as we develop our individual and collective intercultural competency, increase the number of disciples engaged in anti-racism, and intentionally prepare and strengthen our cross-racial, cross-cultural clergy and congregations.
