Community of Hope is a two-year program that provides transitional and low-cost housing to homeless families with children to enable them to remain together, become self-reliant and transition to a permanent home. The program also includes counseling, financial planning, and general guidance and mentoring. Community of Hope currently owns 28 homes. Going forward, we hope to also offer our families general classes to help their growth toward independence in areas such as basic home repairs, healthy cooking, sewing and even gardening. This is a ministry of Ascension Catholic Church.
