Changing Lives Forever

Changing Lives Forever is a 16-week class to help individuals living in poverty to find resources and develop a plan to improve the quality of their lives. Once participants have a plan, mentors will work with each participant for a year to help them to achieve their goals. This is an Immaculate Heart of Mary ministry. Become a Mentor! A Mentor can make the difference when change gets really hard – the difference between giving up or moving forward with hope and faith!
