Ascension Thrift Store sells clothing, furniture, appliances and other donated items to many in the community who cannot afford to purchase items in the malls where most of us shop. Operated by volunteers, it raises about $400,000 annually, most of which is disbursed to Social Concerns, another Ascension Catholic Church outreach program.
