Aged-Out of Foster Care

Angel Reach has been standing in the gap by providing two life changing programs for Kinship Families and Youth who have aged out of the foster care system or at risk of homelessness. Our goal is to coach, counsel, advocate and train our clients towards a firm foundation that they can stand on, so that they can live their own productive and meaningful life. With the unwavering support of our donors and volunteers, we are able to continue to make a positive impact in our community, and create new opportunities for these at-risk youth.
