Adventist Community Services

The Adventist Community Services offers vital help to individuals and families who are unemployed, working-poor, uninsured and disadvantaged in poverty stricken and urban areas. It offers relief services, promotes individual and community development that includes equipping community members with skills to become self-sufficient and engages in public advocacy. Services Provided: Food Pantry services; Clothing Services; Housing Assistance; Substance abuse awareness and prevention training; Addiction Treatment and Counseling; Medical and Health Care Services; Crisis Intervention and Emergency Assistance; Domestic Violence Services; Family and Parenting Counseling; Teen outreach pregnancy services; Homeless shelters; Tutoring and mentoring programs; Job skills training; and much more! This is a ministry partnered with the Illinois Conference – Seventh Day Adventist Church.
